Raspberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:

100g frozen raspberries egg whites
-
150g no-fat greek yogurt
-
truvia sweetener to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Easy peasy!
Depending on the consistency and taste u looking for add more yogurt/raspberries or if u want a refreshing shake swap yougurt with skimmed/almond/soy milk.
