Personal Training - beyond one on one sessions...

We know that personal training is more than just having someone at the gym with you. 

I start personal training with consultation where we develop bespoke programme designed to meet your needs.

Later I coach you on all aspects necessary to meet your goals. I will take you through all the training sessions, whether at the gym or outdoor, learn the proper form, motivate, and develop you.

I can also help you with the diet and create complete training & nutrition plan designed especially for you. 

Through customized strength-training and cardio programs, combined with personalized meal plans, fat-loss, lean muscle and overall fitness will be achieved!

I work closely with all of my clients to develop programs that are realistic for their goals and complement the lifestyle change they are making by welcoming fitness into their lives.
