Green Smoothie
Ingredients for 2 big smoothies:
-
6 small apples
-
1 handful of baby spinach
-
juice from 1 lime
-
fresh mint
-
200 ml of mineral or coconut water
Directions:
Peel the apples, cut in chunks and place in the mixing cup. Add spinach, squezee lime, add fresh mint and 200ml of cold mineral or coconut water.
Simply blend everything and enjoy this delicious, refreshing healthy smoothie!
